Ingredients:
4 pkg. (8 oz. each ) Cream Cheese Softened
4 Eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Method: Using a food processor, beat 1 pkg cream cheese, 1 egg and ¼ cup sugar till smooth. Repeat with balance of cheese, eggs, and sugar. Add vanilla and continue to beat till smooth. (no lumps)
Crust for bottom: Use spring-form pan
2 cups graham wafer crumbs (can substitute chocolate crumbs)
½ cup melted butter
Pour crumbs and butter into spring-form pan till smooth. Add Cream cheese mixture. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave door slightly ajar for ½ hour with cheese cake still in oven. Remove and cool. When cooled, top with strawberry glaze and fresh strawberries. (Note-any fresh berry can be used with a clear glaze.)
