CAMP MASSAD RAISES ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, August 9, 2015

Camp Massad of Manitoba, North American’s only Hebrew immersion residential summer camp, is thrilled to announce that it has reached its one million dollar capital campaign goal!

Monies raised in the capital campaign have been earmarked for a variety of site improvements, many of which are already underway. These include major renovations to camper cabins, the dining hall, auditorium and infirmary, as well as landscape and drainage work. Significant funds from the campaign also have been set aside to ensure that the camp site becomes accessible for all.

The success of this capital campaign is due to the generosity of myriad donors and funding bodies who understand the unique and vital role that Camp Massad plays in the lives of Jewish youth and in the life of the Jewish community of Winnipeg. Camp Massad’s dedication to Judaism, creativity, community and fun is truly unparalleled.
