The Canadian Associates of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev – Manitoba Region Requires a dynamic and creative EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a thorough knowledge of the Winnipeg Jewish community and its leadership. He/she will join a team of Executive Directors across Canada in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, in the growth and development of the organization as it represents Israel’s youngest and most dynamic university – voted 5 years in succession by the Union of Israeli Undergraduates as Israel’s best place to study.

He/she will have a deep passion for Israel with a minimum of five years in a successful fundraising or in an executive sales position, and must feel comfortable in one-on-one solicitation of potential major donors. Experience in organizing fundraising and “branding” events is required. She/he will have a proven track record in working with and developing a volunteer lay board as well as in management and

administration. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required.

The candidate will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the organization and be accountable as well to the Winnipeg President and Board of Directors. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
