1/2 CUP OIL
1 CUP WATER
2 CUPS MATZO MEAL
1 teaspoon of SALT
1 Tablespoon sugar
12 HOT DOGS
Combine oil and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add the dry ingredients all at once.
Mix well until mixture pulls away from the side of the pan.
Remove from heat.
Mix for 5 minutes, then add 1 egg at a time.
Mix for another minute.
Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape the dough around each hot dog.
Bake in a 325 degree oven on a greased baking sheet or with parchment paper.
Bake until hotdogs are sizzling and rolls are done, about 20-30 minutes.
