Dear Friends,
One year after announcing our Capital Campaign and building project, we are very excited to let you know that demolition of the building at 1023 Main St is completed.
The office has relocated to the Chapel, and the whole area is now fenced off for the duration of construction. We are extremely grateful to donors who have paid their pledges in full, as it has allowed us to confidently begin the project.
We have raised $ 2.8 million to date. Our fundraising activities have been largely on hold since March, but we will be reaching out to community members over the coming months as we work to reach our goal in 2020.
Chesed Shel Emes serves the entire community, and we welcome everyone's participation as we make an historic investment in our communal future.
We will keep you posted on our progress. As always, please be in touch with Rena Boroditsky directly at 204-582-5088 with any questions or concerns.
With much gratitude,
