What did Albert Einstein do to stay relaxed and focused?

by Joshua Gan, Doctor of Music, Sounding Board Academy, March 2, 2022

Question: What did Albert Einstein do to stay relaxed and focused?
Answer: He played music!

As spring season approaches, many parents are deciding on extra-curricular activities for their children. Although every choice has its benefits, I highly recommend Music Lessons as a crucial growth opportunity for a young person's overall human development!

Music Lessons upgrade your children’s brain power, mathematically and artistically. For example, reading music notation is considered as an equivalent to spatial manipulation of mathematical equations. Further, through the process of 'hand/eye coordination', Music Lessons level up the duality of your children’s conscious and subconscious mind, which ignite their brainwaves to function at a much higher frequency.

With an emphasis on non-verbal communication, Music Lessons fine tune your children’s calculative and instinctive qualities. These characteristics will no doubt benefit your children’s future professional careers.

On a personal level, Music Lessons provide your children with both disciplined and carefree emotional expressions. Indeed, Music Lessons are a form of distraction therapy, which provide them with mental re-calibration to handle the anxiety of modern living.

In summary, Music Lessons prepare your children, intellectually and emotionally, for a successful future. This creative learning process presents an excellent opportunity for your children to embrace a positive mindset and winner's attitude that will last their lifetime.

Most importantly, MUSiC is "Einstein-approved"!
