Ms. Spivak,
I am a reporter for CBC News. I am working on a profile on Nathan Jacobson and I noticed you had written an article about him on the occasion of the Y Sports dinner in 2010.
Mr. Jacobson has pleaded guilty on money laundering charges in the US and there is a warrant for his arrest out of California.
There were some bio details on Mr. Jacobson in your story and I wonder what the source was? I also a curious about your reaction to his legal difficulties in the United States?
Finally I wonder if you had any photos or video from the 2010 dinner? If you had any we would obviously courtesy the photos "Winnipeg Jewish Review."
Respectfully,
Sean

Sean,
I am very saddened to hear of Nathan Jacobson's legal difficulties. I know that he has contrbuted to many worthy charitable causes in Canada.
I do not have photos or videos from the Y Dinner, and bio details were obtained from the internet, as well as possibly from anything the Y Sports Dinner organizers provided at the time. To be honest, I can not recall exactly.
Respectfully, Rhonda Spivak
