Editor's note: Bryan Schwartz has written a piece in the Times of Israel, which you won't want to miss reading, and which I have no doubt by now has been read by someone in the Obama campaign.Schwartz is a professor of law at the University of Manitoba, and holds a master’s and doctorate degree in law from Yale Law School.
Obama is likely going to lose some of the Jewish vote which he captured four years ago, but it is an open question whether that could prove to be decisive in certain states, such as Florida.
In his "Open Letter to American Jews" , Schwartz outlines the failures of the Obama administration and his cncern about Obama's policies vis a vis Iran.
As he writes, "The regime in Teheran must doubt that Obama can recognize or acknowledge how far along its program really is. They see an obviously pre-planned terrorist attack in Benghazi kill four Americans, including an ambassador, on the anniversary of 9-11. Obama’s administration ignored prior intelligence warnings beforehand. After the horror, they peddled the preposterous story that it was a spontaneous response to an obscure video."
