The following is an email the Editor received on February 23, 2013 from the email address Gordon Warren < [email protected]. The email was entitled "The Katz Doctrine."
Winnipeggers might as well learn and understand how this city currently runs. 1)God is never angry about the Jews, just about the Non-Jews.
2)Who wants to be smart shall occupy himself with money matters, because there are no corner pillars in the Torah that are more important, because they are like a sparkling fountain.
3)The possessions of the goyim are like an ownerless desert, and everybody (every Jew) who seizes it, has acquired it.
4)Non-Jewish property belongs to the Jew who uses it first.
5)The Jew is allowed to practice usury (loansharking) on the Non-Jew.
6)Jews may steal from Non-Jews.
7)Jews always have to try to deceive Non-Jews.
8)Jews may lie to Non-Jews. Jews may use lies (subterfuges) to circumvent a Gentile.
9)Every Jew is allowed to use lies and perjury to bring a Non-Jew to ruin.

On Feb 21, 2013 ,the editor also received another email from the same email address: Gordon Warren < [email protected] with the subject " Winnipeg: One Corrupt City! It reads as follows:
It's clear by now that Mainstream Media in Canada won't touch my press releases, not even the Canadian Press after I wasted $200 using their Marketwire service (what a scam). They're only interested in my "artwork" ($hitler's List).
My last press release was too hot to handle for Wire Service Media, so it was removed from their site after a week and I had to provide documentation for all the ugly details of our city's dirty deeds before they would repost it.

The Editor also received another email from the same email address on March 14, 2013 entiteld "Shindleman Lawsuit A blasphemy to G-d." It reads as follows:
I received a visit from the WPS Major Crimes unit on March 11/13. They were responding to an alleged "hate crime." When I explained to them that I was quoting the Talmud, a sacred and holy Jewish text, the detectives quickly left. They weren't about to entertain any notions of labeling the Talmud as "hate speech."
Unfortunately for the Shindleman brothers, they did not recognize the quotes and responded the same way others have responded to allegations of unethical and possible illegal conduct--with false accusations of antisemitism.
The accusations began with my allusions to the Holocaust. For your information, over 5 million non-Jews were also killed in the Holocaust, the so-called "untermenschen" who are conveniently forgotten during your Holocaust Remembrance ceremonies. The false belief that every reference to Hitler and the Holocaust is antisemitic is an unhealthy combination of vanity and paranoia.
It was my intention all along to get the Shindleman brothers, Sam Katz, Phil Sheegl, and Reid Douglas into court so that witnesses and documents concerning the shady $15.3M fire hall deal and Mayor Katz's "Ten Dollar" house could be subpoenaed in order to prove my allegations of corruption and possible (probable) criminal activity taking place at City Hall.
The Shindleman’s public accusations are textbook examples of defamation and libel. A counter-suit should result in a sizable monetary award with criminal charges being brought against Sam Katz & the Shindleman brothers.

This is a copy of a letter I sent to Mayor Katz and City Councillors: FYI, this letter was composed on the 4th of December, 8 days before the final photo radar vote at City Hall on December 12, 2012.
Maybe it\'s the \"oil.\" Maybe it\'s the hammer. Maybe it\'s nothing and the orgies at City Hall will continue unabated. --------------------------------------------- Hanukkah or no Hanukkah at City Hall this year?
The festival of Hanukkah commemorates the triumph of light over darkness following the Maccabean revolt in 166 B.C.
Maccabee, which literally means “hammer,” enabled the ritual cleansing of the temple following numerous unholy sacrifices and dedications by the previous occupants.
According to tradition, only one day’s worth of uncontaminated oil remained to light the menorah, a lampstand which provided sanctuary from the darkness. The oil kept burning for 8 days, which allowed for the procurement of more uncontaminated fuel.
City Council was informed that only 7 of Winnipeg’s 50 photo radar lampstands were dedicated to providing temporary sanctuary at the city’s 50 most dangerous intersections. The remaining 43 lampstands, 86%, were dedicated to generating revenue at the expense of protecting human lives.
Despite this unholy sacrifice, both the Protection and Services Committee and the Executive Policy Committee voted almost unanimously in favour of continuing the current photo radar program “as is” for an additional 7 years. Councillor Scott Fielding was the lone exception in both cases.
While Councillors Eadie, Smith and Steen may not have been aware of these statistics when they approved the motion, all of them now are without excuse.
Nonetheless, they still seem hell-bent on passing this motion at the next City Council meeting on December 12, 2012.
Only evil sociopaths deliberately sacrifice human lives for money. Anyone who supports this photo radar motion from this day forward deserves to die.
To those supporters I say, it is my sincere wish that you or someone of value to you gets T-boned at a dangerous intersection with no photo radar lampstand to illuminate the darkness.
Regrettably, this seems to be the only way to convince you that the lampstands are improperly dedicated.
At the very least, City Council should consider placing additional lampstands at Winnipeg’s most dangerous intersections and including these in a 50 camera rotation before December 12th’s Council vote.
