NEW UK DOCUMETARY CLAIMS HITLER'S WIFE EVA BRAUN MAY HAVE BEEN JEWISH

by Rhonda SpivakApril 4, 2014

A new British documentary reveals that Eva Braun, who married Hitler hours before she committed suicide with him jointly n his Berlin bunker, may well  have had Jewish ancestry.  The revelation is based on ground breaking DNA testing, which will be the subject od the British documentary called "Dead Famous DNA" to air this week.

Experts have found that the specific sequence in the DNA of Eva Braun, which was taken from hair samples from a hairbrush claimed to belong to her, is linked to Ashkenazi Jews.

A British Channel 4 Spokesperson has told Yisrael Hayom that "In the 19th Century many Ashkenazi Jews in Germany converted to Catholocism, so Eva Braun is highly unlikely to have known her ancestry and-despite research he instigated into Braun's race-neither would Hitler."

Yisrael Hayom reported that the results of the DNA testing are not definitive. In order to prove the hair that was on the tested hairbrush came from Eva Braun's head, experts attempted to get a DNA swab from one of Braun's two surviving female descendants but both refused.
