Canadian Associates of Ben-Gurion University is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. We are interested in a self-motivated, well organized and able to multi-task professional. Extremely comfortable with computers and internet use, the candidate should be experienced with event planning, its organization and administration. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Familiarity with the local Winnipeg Jewish community is an asset. Duties include office administration and working with the Regional Executive Director in the planning and implementation of events in addition to a gala in the late spring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with volunteers, donors and stakeholders in the community.
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a non-profit organization is an asset.
- Part to full time.
