ISRAELI IMMIGRANT ARIEL MAUDI IS SALESMAN FOR NISSAN VICKAR:VICKAR NISSAN INTRODUCES THE NISSAN QASHQAI

by Rhonda Spivak, October 7, 2017

Stephen Vickar President   of Vickar Nissan  is  very pleased that Ariel Maudi, an energetic 34 year old Israeli who immigrated to Winnipeg four years ago has joined the Vickar Nissan team and has been working as a salesman for Vickar Nissan for almost a year and a half.

"Ariel is very personable and really focuses on forming a great relationship with his customers," says Vickar, who notes that all the salespeople at Vickar Nissan will make your auto shopping experience fun, easy and financially advantageous.

The friendly and outgoing Maudi, who speaks English fluently, says that the service that Vickar Nissan  gives  to its customers is "second to none." He adds that "We work to ensure that customers who come to Vickar Nissan have a first rate experience, whether they come to purchase a vehicle or to have one serviced."

This year, as Stephen Vickar explains, there is much excitement over the release of the Nissan QashQai, which is a smaller compact SUV that is especially attractive to people looking to move from a small sedan car into an SUV. "The QashQui gives you all the performance of a car, but with the comforts and safety of an SUV," Stephen notes."The QashQai enables you to sit up a little higher, has all wheel drive, and still has cargo space."

Maudi says that since joining Vickar Nissan the car he has sold the most  is the 5 seater Nissan Rogue. "It has got great pricing, is a great size, has lots of safety features, works well for families, and has great fuel economy for people driving in the city."

The next best seller, according to Maudi is the 5 seater Nissan Murano, a bigger SUV, which has lots of safety features. "It is better for people who drive a lot on the highway, in that they will save more on gas with this SUV,"  Maudi says. In addition to the Murano there is the Nissan Pathfinder, a seven seater SUV, which has also has top notch safety features.

The starting prices for the vehicles are:  QashQai-$19,998, Rogue FWD-$22,548, Murano S FWD-$26,383, and Pathfinder S 4X4 -$30,598.

Maudi  comes from  Yemenite ancestry-his parents were born in Israel and his grandparents came to Israel from Yemen. He lived in a small moshav near Ashdod in Southern Israel and served as a sniper in the Israel Defense Forces. He now lives in Transcona with his wife and two children ( a daughter who is 8 years old and a son who is five and a half years old).He says his family is thrilled to be part of Winnipeg's Jewish community. "My wife speaks to our children in Russian, I speak to them in Hebrew and they are learning English,so they will know three languages,"Maudi says.

Maudi notes that Vickar Nissan is especially proud of its "Express Service," where no appointment is necessary.

"The express service which is open six days a week is great if you want your oil changed or if you want to get a winter tire swap. It is also great for multi-point inspections. For bigger service work we can book you an appointment," Maudi explains, adding that the Express Service is just one of the reasons why the Vickar name is synonymous with customer service.
