Joshua Philipp, an award winning journalist working for The Epoch Times, an anti-communist Chinese American media outlet, released this shocking one hour documentary titled “Tracking Down the Origin of the Wuhan Coronavirus,” which can be watched below. (scroll down).

Philipp and his colleages at The Epoch Times and NTD Television sifted through available information and according to the documentary, it is possible that the coronovirus did not in fact originate spontaneously at the Huanan Seafood Market in Wuhan, which is the official explanation of the Chinese government. 

This chilling documentary indicates that the coronavirus may have in fact been created in a laboratory in the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). The documentary outlines how the WIV has specialized in dangerous research relating to viruses carried by bats, and suggests that the coronavirus may have escaped from the  WIV's laboratory.

It is interesting to note that about a week after this documentary was aired, the Washington Post's Josh Rogin wrote on April 14 about the fact that two years before the coronavirus hit,  US Embassy officials sent cable warnings back to Washington about inadequate safety at the Wuhan lab which Rogin wrote "was conducting risky studies on coronaviruses from bats. The cables have fueled discussions inside the U.S Government about whether this... was the  source of the virus-even though conclusive proof has yet to emerge." https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/04/14/state-department-cables-warned-safety-issues-wuhan-lab-studying-bat-coronaviruses/ ) "During interactions with scientists at the WIV laboratory, they noted the new lab has a serious shortage of appropriately trained technicians and investigators needed to safely operate this high containment laboratory," a cable dated January 19  2018 said, according to the Washington Post. In his article Rogin indicates that US officials (scientist diplomats) also warned that "the lab's work on bat coronaviruses and their potential human transmission represented a risk of a new SARS-like pandemic." 

As the Epoch Times documentary below points out, at least one young researcher from the lab, named Huang Yanling-a graduate student thought to be patient zero-was removed from the lab's website.

However, note that Dr. Anthony Fauci at the White House on April 17 rejected the theory that the novel coronovirus was created in a Chinese lab. But, as the Jewish Voice reported on April 18 , "According to Professor Luc Montagnier, winner of the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008 for “discovering” HIV as the cause of the AIDS epidemic together with Françoise Barré-Sinoussi, the SARS-CoV-2 responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic  is a virus that was manipulated and accidentally released from a laboratory in Wuhan, China in the last quarter of 2016. According to Professor Montagnier, this laboratory, known for its work on coronaviruses, tried to use one of these viruses as a vector for HIV in the search for an AIDS vaccine,Gilmore Health reported after Montagnier was interviewed on a medical podcast."http://thejewishvoice.com/2020/04/2008-nobel-prize-for-medicine-winning-dr-luc-montagnier-says-covid-19-was-manipulated-for-hiv-research/
