Nola and Matthew Lazar, Svetlana Shklarov and Shel Laven are thrilled to announce the healthy birth of Caleb Abraham Lazar (Kalev Avraham) to their wonderful children Ezra and Sonia Lazar, on Tuesday July 6, 2021, weighing 8 lbs 6 oz (3.81 kg) at Health Sciences Center in Winnipeg. Caleb is the first grandchild on both sides and expects to be spoiled. He is named with loving remembrance of his great grandfathers Cecil Shnier and Abram Peisahovich.
