Danita and Michel Aziza

by Danita Aziza, March 30, 2011

I would like to let readers of the Winnipeg Jewish Review about a project we've become involved with in memory of my late Father, Murrey Dubinsky z"l.
The web site : was launched just a few months ago through the School of Communications at the IDC in Herzylia.  The IDC is a leading university in Israel that offers both a full academic program in a number of disciplines in Hebrew and allows students from over 70 countries to come to Israel to study first or second degrees in English.

The longer we are in the Country, the more we marvel at Israel's attributes and these are the very qualities that often times are completely overlooked by the International media. There has traditionally been a disconnect between what the world knows about the Country and the reality of what actually takes place here in terms of human creativity, innovation and citizens' desire to contribute to a better world. NoCamels is an attempt to change that.

The NoCamels website is designed to connect readers around the world with the latest innovations in the field of health, environment, technology, security and lifestyle issues from Israel.  The site utilizes the talents of students from the IDC in the research and writing of stories and endeavors to encourage other young journalists from around the world to establish similar sites that highlight initiatives in their countries that are making a positive impact on the lives of others. Journalists in the print & television medium are the main targets of this new web site .Through this initiative we hope to encourage them to report on the positive contributions made by this country and the people of this country. There is certainly a lot to be told !

Please visit the website and  It would be great if you would also tell your friends, colleagues and anyone you think could benefit from knowing more about what Israel is doing to make the world a better place.
Please visit the site, which is updated with great articles several times per day, or join NoCamels' Facebook page at!/pages/NoCamels/151707301540934 "
Web Site :
We appreciate your interest.

Best Regards,

Michel and Danita
